Permanent Entry Visas

Partner (including Fiance)

This visa is intended for persons who are in a married, engaged or in a defacto relationship with an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident or eligible New Zealand citizen and wish to migrate to Australia. Applicants need to be sponsored by their partner.
